We also provide property tax services to individuals and businesses. For our real estate services, our professionals are focused on finding and analyzing cash flow and bargain properties and leasing properties for investors. Our company is currently expanding its clientele to include international markets. For our property tax services, our professionals are dedicated to help our clients reduce their property taxes.

A Message from the CEO of Realty Links, LLC

Choosing the right Real Estate Agent to represent you is crucial for making a successful real estate transaction. With my knowledge and experience as an investor and Realtor, I will do my very best to assist you during the entire process. I have closed many real estate transactions, successfully leased many properties and referred property management companies to my clients. My clients’ testimonies have continually acknowledged me as a responsible, hard working, attentive, creative, and honest agent and person.

Real estate investment has been my passion since my early 20s. I have also been an active investor myself for more than twenty years. I am a licensed Broker and Property Tax Consultant in Texas. I hold a Master's Degree in Business Administration and was an Accountant and an Entrepreneur for many years. I fluently speak many languages, including English, Mandarin, Hokkien, Cantonese, Hakka and Bahasa Malaysia.

I am excited to have recently expanded my business to include Property Tax Services. As a Texas Broker and having many years of work experience outside of Real Estate has given me an edge in mastering the strategy of negotiating with the District Appraisal to lower your property tax. While I cannot guarantee results and past performance does not guranteed future performance, my 2009 success rate for property tax reductions in Travis County gives me the confident.
